This petition can be disposed off by issuing directions to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take decision on the representation tendered by the petitioner claiming allotment of land he being the project affected person in terms of the provisions of Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act, 1999 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from today in accordance with the provisions of law and taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances of the case.
