On 14/09/2022 the applicant was received with a notice under section 41A(1) of Cr.P.C. When he approached the Sessions Court, he apprehended his arrest.

When a notice is issued under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. the applicant is duty bound to abide by the said notice. Let him report to Investigating Officer within period of 3 days from today.

Upon his attendance, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., and Ashish Mhaske

The Investigating Officer shall also give advance notice of 72 hours in case he comes to the conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is necessary.
