Heard Mr.Manoj Patil for the Petitioner, Mr.Chetan Agarwal learned counsel for Respondent nos.1 to 3 and Mr.Sandeep Babar learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.4 and 10 at length.

By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has challenged the Judgment and order dated 16 June 2016 passed by the District Judge-1 Vasai in Misc.Civil Appeal No.99 of 2015.

After arguing the Petition for sometime, learned counsel for the Petitioner after taking instructions from the PetitionerMr.Baburao Shankar Jadhav who is present in Court has tendered a photo-copy of the Identity card which is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification Mr. Manoj Patil seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

On a motion made by Mr.Patil, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.
