The present Applications are filed for intervention by the first informant in C. R. No. 604 of 2017 registered with Indapur Police Station, Pune (Rural).

For the reasons stated in the Applications, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicants in ABA Nos. 1784 & 1844 of 2017 are directed to implead the first informant - Hiralal Manjulkar as Respondent No.2. The Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and an amended copy of the Application be served upon the learned Advocate for the first informant within the same period. 4.
