Learned Counsel for the petitioner has taken out praecipe for speaking to the minutes in the order dated 19/3/2018. The learned counsel for petitioner points out that respondent No. 1-Janata Education Society had issued an advertisement inviting applications for the post of "full-time Shikshan Sevak". However, in paragraph-3, 7th line of the said order, inadvertently, it is transcribed that "Respondent No. 1 had issued an advertisement inviting applications for the post of "part-time Shikshan Sevak". This fact is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 1 and 2. In that view of the matter, in paragraph-3 in Talwalkar 1/2
