The Applicants are the State Electricity Distribution Company. Respondents Nos.1 and 2 are engaged in the business of telecommunication. Issue involved in the matter is change of tariff applicable to the Applicants industries / business. According to the Applicants there is no other similar matter pending at Nagpur Bench whereas, at Bombay Bench several similar matters are pending therefore, there can be uniform opinion concerning the matter if the matter from Nagpur Bench is transferred to Bombay Bench and tagged with the pending matters. In that view of the matter, since Respondents are not responding inspite of service of notice, this
