DATED : 25th FEBRUARY 2019 P.C:- Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Commissioner of Thane Municipal Corporation/ Competent Officer to decide petitioner's representation dated 10th October 2017 and 12th October 2017, copies of which are annexed at Exhibit-I and Exhibit-J respectively, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The Commissioner/Competent Authority shall decide the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable the Commissioner/Competent Authority to comply with this order, petitioner shall remain present before the Commissioner/Competent Authority on 4th March 2019 at 11.00 am along with the copy of the said representation and copy of this order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
