1] Nobody for the petitioner. Prayer is to restrain the respondents from using a ground as funeral ground. Paragraph 12 of the petition shows that said place i.e. Plot No.6 has already been used for performing funeral.

2] The matter is pending since 2014 and there are no ad-interim orders. We, therefore, dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.
