The contention of the petitioner is that the increments are not granted to the petitioner. The petitioner is entitled for the senior salary category after completing 12 years of service.

Mr. Bubna, learned advocate for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the respondent nos.1 and 2 have forwarded the proposal to respondent no.3 on 21st December, 2022. Thereafter, remainder has been given on 28th March, 2023. But the State has not yet taken any decision. 3.

In case the proposal is forwarded by respondent nos.1 and 2 and the same is pending with respondent no.3 with regard to the ACPS benefits to be granted to the employees of respondent nos.1 and 2, copy of which is placed on record

14-WP-1884-2018 today, the respondent no.3 shall take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within three months.

Depending upon the decision that will be taken by respondent no.3, the parties may take further steps. 5.
