3] Perusal of the record would indicate that, the co-accused namely Achal Ramesh Chaurasia who has been attributed with same and/or similar role in the present crime has been granted pre-arrest bail by the additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. Perusal of the chargesheet would indicate that, the applicant is similarly situated to that of the co- 1/2

The applicant is therefore entitled to be protected by prearrest bail on the ground of parity. 4] In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 12th October 2018 is hereby confirmed.
