P.C.:- By the relief claimed in prayer clause (b) the Petitioners have sought direction to decide their applications at Exhibits-'D' and 'E' respectively. The prayer being innocuous, we deem it convenient to dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.2-Collector, Kolhapur to decide the Petitioners' applications at Exhibits-'D' and 'E' at page Nos.57 and 65 respectively, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions are kept open. The Respondent Megha 1/2

The Petitioners shall approach the Respondent No.2Collector, Kolhapur alongwith said representations /applications and copy of this order so as to enable the Respondent No.2-Collector, Kolhapur to comply with the said order.
