By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing the review petition on the ground that the applicants had filed Special Leave petition against the judgment of this Court dated 3rd August, 2016 which came to be dismissed by the Supreme Court on 23rd September, 2016.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. The delay in filing the review petition is satisfactorily explained and is condoned accordingly.
