By an order dated 18.10.2016 the earlier application for bail preferred by the applicant was dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to CR No.I519 of 2015 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi does not commence within a period of one year from 18.10.2016. 2.

The record indicates that the applicant without approaching the trial Court has preferred the present application for bail before this Court. In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court.
