My attention is invited to the order dated June 22, 2022 granting bail to the applicant in another bail application.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. He submits that on the basis of the said order, he would like to approach the Sessions Court. The applicant is in custody for more than one and half years.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Sessions Court. The application is disposed of accordingly.

I have not considered the matter on merits.
