JUDGMENT: (PER : A. S. CHANDURKAR, J) 1.

Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. The grievance of the petitioner is the non-consideration of representation dated 27th July, 2023 that has been made to the Respondent No.1-District Deputy Registrar wherein a grievance has been made with regard to the amount of dues that are stated to be payable to the Respondent No.11-society. 2.

Considering the fact that such representation has been received by the office of Respondent No.1 on 07/08/2023, a direction is issued to decide the same by 27th March, 2024 after hearing all the parties and by considering the matter in accordance with law. The decision taken shall be communicated to the parties.

3.

All points raised are kept open. The Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
