This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenges the externment order dated 20th June 2015 made against the Petitioner. By the said order, the Petitioner was externed for the period of six months. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
