After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application, since the Court is inclined to expedite the case.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 8 months from the date of receipt of this order. If, for no fault of the
