By this application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.455 of 2019 registered with Rabale Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Complainant is the wife of the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant and the complainant got married in 2004 and that from the said wedlock, the couple have two children. The Complainant left the house on 05.01.2019 on her own accord leaving the children with the applicant. He submits that the Complainant has initiated divorce proceeding in the Family Court as against
Ethape 2 13-ABA-2297-2019 the applicant and thereafter, the aforesaid complaint was lodged on 19.09.2019 i.e. after almost 9 months of her leaving the house. 4.
Applicant was granted interim protection by order dated 18.10.2019. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed additional affidavit stating that during the course of investigation the applicant visited the police station. It is submitted that Investigating officer recorded his statement. He will co-operate with the investigation. In this circumstances, the interim protection can be confirmed.
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2297 of 2019 is allowed interim order dated 18.10.2019 as confirmed.
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No.455 of 2019 registered with Rabale Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) Application is disposed of.
