Mr.Surel Shah, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Priti Santosh Parulekar - respondent no.1 in person have tendered the consent terms entered between the parties by which it is stated that the disputes between the parties stand amicably and finally settled and the settlement is to the effect that respondent no.1 - Mrs.Priti Parulekar has accepted in full and final settlement an amount of Rs. 16,58,590/- (Rupees Sixteen lakhs fifty eight thousand five hundred and ninety only) as the gratuity payable to her by the petitioner alongwith the interest computed at 8.5% per annum. 2.
Mr.Surel Shah, learned Counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft of the said amount to Mrs.Priti Parulekar in the Court which she has accepted. The details of the demand draft are set out in paragraph (4) of the consent terms. The consent terms are signed on behalf of the petitioner by its President - Dr.Mangeth (sic. Mangesh) T. Karad and it has also been signed by the Advocate for the petitioner. Mrs.Priti Santosh Parulekar is also present in the Court. She has identified herself by her Aadhar Card which is duly verified by the Associate of this Court and a copy of its is retained on record.
pvr 4wp14291-18 There is no dispute on the signatures made on the consent terms. Mr.Sanjay D. Koban, learned Advocate for respondent no.1-Mrs.Priti Santosh Parulekar is not present as he was not available, as informed to the Court. His name has been appropriately indicated on the cause list. 3.
Be that as it may, respondent no.1 herself is present in the Court, Mr.Shah would also submit that she has also proceeded to accept the consent terms, in these circumstances, it will be appropriate to accept the consent terms and the same are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.
Mr.Shah has also tendered an affidavit dated 11 October 2021 of Dr.Mangeth (Sic. Mangesh) T. Karad affirming the settlement as arrived between the parties and stating that the petition be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The affidavit is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No costs.
