The applicant has been granted bail on the basis of the High Power Committee guidelines on account of pandemic situation on 20th May, 2020. The order granting bail is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is not clear as to how long bail granted to the applicant would be in operation. On 19th June, 2020, this Court had adjourned this application on the ground that the applicant is at large on account of bail being granted to him.

ORDER

Bail Application No. 2940 of 2019 is disposed of with liberty to prefer application for bail as and when applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of temporary bail. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
