Petitioner's grievance is that though he was assaulted with a bamboo, a non cognizable offence was registered. Petitioner is making allegation against the Investigating Officer that the petitioner was forced to sign on N.C. Complaint. In the facts, we are not inclined to interfere at this stage. The report dated 10th March,2016 submitted by the Senior Police Inspector, Dahisar Police Station is kept on record. Petitioner may resort to alternate remedy as permissible in law.
