This is the subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. The earlier application after having been argued at length was withdrawn on 7th August 2018. On that day the charge-sheet was framed and the witness summons were issued. The learned counsel for the applicant has fairly submitted that till today 15 witnesses have been examined. In view of this, it would not be necessary to consider the application for grant of bail on merits. The learned Special Judge seized with Special Case No. 9 of 2015 shall not grant unwarranted adjournments to either of the parties. The learned Special Judge shall expedite the recording of evidence.

With these directions, the application stands disposed of without going into the merits of the matter.
