By an order dated 25.1.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief on the ground that the applicant is suffering from serious Neurological disorder. The medical certificate to that effect has been produced on record.

Mr. Sangani, learned counsel for the applicant vehemently opposed the application however, could not dispute the medical record of the applicant which is placed on record.

3. The learned APP. on instructions submitted that it is a matter of fact that the applicant is suffering from serious

2/2 3-aba-1975-16 Neurological disorder. In view thereof, the applicant is entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail released on bail solely on medical grounds.

The interim relief granted by an order dated 25th January 2017 is hereby confirmed.

The application is accordingly allowed.

In view of the order passed in ABA No.1975/2016, the Criminal Applications No.157/2017 and 693/2016 does not survive and the same are accordingly disposed off. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
