By a reasoned Order dated 10.10.2018 the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that co-accused namely Suraj Gaikwad, Vishal Gaikwad and Ganesh Gaikwad who have been attributed with same and/or similar role, have been granted pre-arrest bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati by its order dated 3.10.2018. - Page-1/2

Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant has played same and/or similar role, as has been played by the said applicants and therefore, the applicant is entitled to claim parity with the said co-accused. 5.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 10.10.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating officer/concerned Police Station is waived.
