The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent Nos.5 and 7. The reasons why recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the CPC is required to be taken are mentioned in the Civil Application. Hence, accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed. The Applicants to publish notice in respect of the Respondent No.5 in daily "Lokmat" in Marathi having circulation in Nagpur and in respect of the Respondent No.7 in daily "Free Press BGP.
