Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for some time.

After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for applicant submitted that applicant is behind bar for more than 7 years, trial has commenced but only three witnesses have been examined, hence, direction may be given to trial Court to conclude the trial within six months and applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, application is allowed to withdraw and is disposed off. 4.

As the applicant is behind bar for more than seven years and the offence is under 307 of Indian Penal Code, trial Court is requested to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within one year after receipt of the order.
