Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State. Investigation Officer is Present. The applicant is seeking his enlargement on bail in crime No. 358 of 2016 (Sessions case No.96 of 2017) registered with the Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. (for short 'IPC') The complainant is eye witness to the incident. It is alleged, on 01st October 2016 at 07:30 p.m., applicant inflicted penetrating injury to abdomen in left periumbilical region by knife. Injury report shows, injury Ethape 1/2

25.BA.2942.19.doc was caused by the sharp and hard pointed weapon and nature of injury was grievous. Statement of the injured corroborates the complainant. Knife and blood stains clothes are recovered on the instance of the applicant on 12th October 2016.
