Both the petitioners and the Advocate are absent. They were absent on 3-5-2017 as well. It appears that note was taken of the grievance in the petition.

This is not a PIL espousing any cause of larger public interest. It was for the petitioners and their Advocate to remain present whenever their matter is called out. They had remained absent on 3-5-2017 and 16-8-2017. Now, even the affidavit in
