Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. This application is preferred by legal heir of original applicant in Civil Revision Application for bringing legal heirs on record.

The learned counsel for the original applicant submits that original applicant Ganpat Dnyandev Sawant expired on 6.8.2015. She submits that they filed the present Civil Application on 2.11.2015 that is within limitation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Mohite 1/2

10 cac181-16 that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heir on record of deceased Ganpat Dnyandev Sawant original applicant in Civil Revision Application (ST). No.18259 of 2014 and pending Civil Application if any, within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Civil Revision Application as well as pending Civil Application, if any, on the Advocate for the other side, immediately thereafter.
