DATE : 2 MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- 1] This petition is directed against the order dated 26 August 2014 made by the Minister Revenue, dismissing the petitioners' revision petition in the matter of entries in revenue record. 2] It is an admitted position that the petitioners as well as respondent No.5 have instituted civil suits in respect of suit properties to which the entries relate. The civil suits are pending. 3] In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no question of entertaining the present petition. However, it is clarified that mere entries in revenue records, are not determinative of title or rights of the parties. Therefore, it will be for the Civil Court, in the proceedings instituted by the respective parties, to go into the issues uninfluenced by the impugned order made by the Revenue Authority or the factum of non entertainment of the present petition. 1/2
