Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. He submits that the conditional order could not be complied with inadvertently. He shown willingness to remove the entire office objections forthwith. He requested to restore the proceeding of the Second Appeal and Civil Application at its original stage.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application and the submissions made on behalf of the Applicant, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The proceeding of the Second Appeal Stamp No.32962 of 2017 accompanied with Civil Application No. 32964 of 2017 restored at its original stage. After restoration, the Applicant to remove entire office objections within a week. Registry to take requisite step for further process. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
