Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 2.
This is an application seeking early hearing on the ground that the applicant herein has almost completed half of the sentence imposed upon him under the NDPS Act. The applicant has been sentenced to ten years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1 lakh, in default further S.I. for
Mhi 2/2 APPA-1404-15 six months.

This Court is hearing old appeals right from the year 1992. Hence, this matter cannot be heard for a period of six weeks. The matter be fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 11.1.2016. Application is disposed of. (SMT.SADHANA S.JADHAV,J.)
