Perused an affidavit dated 15th March, 2021 tendered by the Investigating Officer, Mr. Anilkumar M. Athare. The affidavit indicates that charge-sheet has already been filed in the Court of learned JMFC, Shivaji Nagar, Pune against all the accused, including the applicant. From the affidavit, it reveals that the role of the applicant was assaulting his Digitally signed by UDAY SHIVAJI JAGTAP Date:

1-2301-19-ABA=.doc back. However, it further reveals that there is no medical certificate in respect of the alleged injury sustained by Omkar D. Marne. However, the charge-sheet appears to have been filed in the Court of JMFC.

In that view of the matter, the ad-interim protection granted to the applicant by this Court on 18th October, 2019 is confirmed.
