The Petitioner, by way of present Petition, seeks a direction to Respondent No.3-Zilla Parishad not to cancel the approval of the hostels of the Petitioner which was granted vide order dated 30th May 2014.

A Petition only on the basis of apprehension that the approval is likely to be cancelled cannot be entertained in the extraordinary jurisdiction. The writ petition is therefore rejected. No costs.
