This is an application for modification of the condition no. (i) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail vide order dated 30th August 2016 by this Court.

After taking into consideration the facts mentioned in the application, the condition to furnish "one or two solvent local sureties" is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to furnish "one or two local sureties" in the like amount. 3.
