In the aforesaid background, the suit proceedings be concluded within a period of four months from today as the suit is pending for more than five years.

stayed by this Court vide order dated 10th November, 2017 and as such there operates temporary injunction by virtue of the same, the petition is disposed of by directing that till the suit is decided the order of the Appellate Court reversing the order of the Trial Court on Exh.5 application shall be kept in abeyance. 5.
