Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. The Applicants have never applied for being impleading themselves as parties to the suit of the year 1998. The suit was disposed of by the Trial Court in the year 2011. The Appeal of the year 2011 was disposed of on 7th September 2011. Hence, this Application for intervention in the Review Petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, remedies of the Applicants are kept open.
