The offence is under the POCSO Act, 2012. The victim is 17 years and 11 months old and the Applicant is 44 years old. The offence is very serious.

Learned A.P.P. states that this Bail Application is preferred before filing of the Charge-sheet and there is a possibility that the Applicant has applied for bail before the learned Trial Court, after filing of the Charge-sheet.
