1) This is an application seeking enlargement on temporary bail in order to attend the marriage of the younger brother of the applicant. Applicant herein is arrested on 27/09/2016 in crime no. 53 of 2016 registered at Kurlap Police Station, District: Sangli and the applicant is being prosecuted for offence punishable under section 392 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the younger brother of the applicant namely Rohit is getting married on 26/11/2016 at Thergaon. That the applicant desires to attend the marriage of his brother. He therefore, prays for enlargement on bail for a specific period. The original wedding ism

3) The learned APP submits that he could not contact the Investigating Officer.
4) The fact that the real brother of the applicant is getting married, he deserves to be enlarged on bail. Without going into the merits of the matter, applicant is granted temporary bail from 25/11/2016 to 27/11/2016.
O R D E R
(i) Application for temporary bail is allowed.
(ii) Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) Applicant shall be set at liberty forthwith and shall surrender before Thergaon Police Station on 27/11/2016 by 5.00 p.m. and thereafter Thergaon police shall take him to the jail where he was lodged prior to be enlarged on temporary bail.
(iv) Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. (v) Application stands disposed of.
