Mr. Amit Sale, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset submits that during the pendency of the petition, the Government issued the Resolution dated 07th August, 2013 and resolved to start 36 secondary schools in Marathi medium in the bordering states. The petitioner's village-Tikondi is mentioned at Serial No.20. In pursuance to this Government Resolution, the petitioner has applied afresh for permission to open a school and this proposal is pending before the appropriate authority.

In the light of above, the present petition is rendered infructuous
