Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by defendant for early hearing of Second Appeal No.483 of 1999 on the ground that applicant Kamal Shahu Doke is Senior Citizen aged 74 years.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant is Senior Citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for early hearing of Second Appeal No.483 of 1999. Hence, following order:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal No.483 of 1999 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place the matter on weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
