Heard learned advocate for the Applicant and Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 8. Other Respondents are though served, none appears.

This Application is for condonation of delay of 27 days caused in filing the Appeal. It is stated that the delay is caused, as the Applicant was under impression that the limitation for filing Appeal is 90 days as per the Limitation Act. When Applicant/Appellant went to file an Appeal, it was informed by the office that the limitation is only of 30 days as per Section 15 of the Bombay Civil Court Act. It is thereafter the Applicant/Appellant BGP.

realized that there is delay in filing the Appeal. It is submitted that the delay is inadvertent and without any intention. 3.

Considering the reason for the delay, the Application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned.
