This Court by order dated 14th June 2022 passed in Contempt Petition NO.43 of 2022 has issued following directions:- "9. Accordingly, at this stage we can issue following directions only:

i) The Minister, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra to decide the Appeal filed by Respondent No.5 as expeditiously as possible and not later than 10 weeks from today.

It is admitted position that the time limit granted by this Court has expired and still Appeal filed by the present Petitioner has not been heard.

The Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to appear before the Minister, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra on 23rd November 2022 at 11.00 a.m. for fixing the schedule of the hearing of the appeal. 4.

The said Appeal be decided as expeditiously as possible and not later than 10 weeks from today.

The Respondent No.2 shall not take coercive steps till the disposal of the said Appeal.

6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

7.

All contentions of both the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
