This is an application for intervention by Atulkumar Bhosale in C.R. No. 481 of 2017 registered with Indapur Police Station, Dist. Pune. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the earlier Crime No. 51 of 2015 was registered at his instance and the present crime is corollary of the said crime and therefore, his intervention in the present application for pre-arrest bail is necessary.
