This Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs in this Petition: "a. That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to take action against the Respondent No. 4 lying on oath in the Afdavit of Nomination form for election from Assembly Constituency in 184 Byculla.

b.

That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to restrain the Respondent from contesting elections in 2019 and the nomination papers submitted before the Respondent no. 3 be declared to be void and set aside. 18th October 2019

That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to take appropriate actions against the Respondent No. 4 and 5 for indulging in the bribery activities in the Election of Vidhan Sabha, Maharashtra.

The stage of scrutiny and acceptance of nomination papers is over long back. Now only the polling remains in so far as the State Assembly Elections are concerned.

At such stage we do not wish to entertain this Petition. The Petitioner can raise all the grievances in a properly instituted Election Petition. That remedy is alternate and equally efcacious. 5.
