The grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No. 3 - Tahsildar, Vikramgad, Dist. Palghar has not complied with the order dated 27th August, 2014 passed by the State Minister, Revenue Department.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and direction contained in the said order, we direct the Respondent No. 3 - Tahsildar to look into the Petitioner's grievance and take Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-503-wp-178-2017.doc appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's grievance taking into consideration the direction contained in the order dated 27th August, 2014 passed by the State Minister, Revenue Department as expeditiously as possible. While taking decision, the Tahsildar shall give due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as also to the private Respondent Nos. 5 to 12 or any other affected parties. 6.
