1] Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Respondents waived service. Heard by consent of parties.

2] The facts in the present Petitions are similar to the facts in Writ Petition No.6438 of 2017. The Petitioners in both the Petitions had applied for transfer to Sangli Zilla Parishad on the ground that they belong to physically challenged category.

3] It is pertinent to note that Petitioner in Writ Petition No.11978 of 2017 is working at Aurangabad and Petitioner in Writ Petition No.12140 of 2017 is working at Ratnagiri. Aurangabad Zilla Parishad and Ratnagiri Zilla Parishad as also the Sangli Zilla Parishad have given no objection to the transfer of the Petitioners in both the Writ Petitions to Sangli Zilla Parishad.

4] Mr. Yuvraj Gharat learned counsel for the Respondent No.2Zilla Parishad on instructions of Mr. Vijay Killedar who is personally present in Court states that Respondent No.2 has no objection for transferring the Petitioners in Sangli Zilla Parishad.
