The petition is filed for quashing and setting aside F.I.R. No.35 of 2015 in which the petitioner is shown as accused no.6, registered at the Anti Corruption Bureau, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 13(1)(c), 13(1)(d) r/w 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and under Sections 120-B, 420, 406, 409, 465, 468, 471, 474 and 109 r/w 34 of the IPC. URS

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that charge-sheet in the subject F.I.R. was filed in the Court after completion of the investigation and the present petitioner, however, died on 03/03/2016. In support of her statement, she has placed on record the death certificate of the petitioner. The same corroborates the statement of the learned APP and therefore taken on record. 5.

In the above circumstances, the petition is abated and disposed off as such.
