Offence under sections 387, 506 (2) and 34 of IPC has been already settled amicably between the applicants and Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 has given affidavit accordingly on 7/11/2019. On 8/11/2019 parties were present and jointly requested for quashing of FIR. This Court then directed the State Government to verify antecedents of applicants. Today learned APP upon instructions submits that the applicants do not have any criminal background.

Parties are present today with their respective counsel and they reiterate their request.
