A praecipe has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.2 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 05.08.2016. The clarification sought is of the recording made in paragraph 5 of the said order as regards the agreement in question. The said recording has been made in view of the fact that the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 did not dispute the said position.
